When are you available to schedule my session?


All photography sessions are scheduled on Tuesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays by appointment only. 
Between the hours of 10:00 am and 4:00 pm.
Our sessions are scheduled up to 6 weeks in advance.


Where are you based out of? 

We are a small studio based out of Kingston New Hampshire.
We do travel to locations discussed during your consultation. Travel is included within 30 miles of Kingston New Hampshire.
For further distances a travel fee is required at the time we schedule your session.

What do I need to schedule my session? 

At the time of scheduling your session, a $99 non refundable session fee is invoiced to you with an online agreement.
Once both of these have been received, you will receive confirmation via email with your confirmation. Dates and times will not be held for more than 24 hours, invoices and links to the agreement automatically expire after 24 hours.
If your child is ill, please reschedule as soon as possible. As I take a limited number of sessions per week, it is very difficult to fill that time slot on a very short notice. Your session has been predesigned based on our consultation and is set up and ready for your purchased date and time. Some items are one time use only and require time to replace.

Do I receive enedited, Raw images? 

I am so sorry but no. These images are never provided, shared, sold, or an option. After your session, I sit down and go through our time together. Choosing the very best images to color correct, balance, clean, and place my signature editing. Your gallery is curated to show you the best of the best from the day. 
As an industry standard GB Photography retains exclusive copyright over all portraits created. Per the Copyright Act, it is illegal to edit, alter, or change images created by GBP from our time together. GB Photography does permit you to share digital copies of your images online through social media with your friends and family. You are able to print where you choose with the digital copies purchased. GB Photography however only guarantees the quality of images printed through her. Unfortunately we have no control over the printers elsewhere.

What does the session fee include? 

Your $99 session fee includes: 
Your date and time of the session
1-2 hours of photography time
Predesign consultation
Carefully curated gallery and editing of the best images from your session
Viewing of your products (Preferred) or online password protected gallery
$50 credit applied to your purchase

 

Can I take pictures or videos with my cell phone during our session? Can I bring Grandma and Grandpa? 

During our time together it is very important for me to keep your child's attention and minimal distractions.
We do not allow phone pictures or videos to be taken during your session. Please only bring one additional person during your session.

 

Can we schedule a family session?

I would be more than happy to schedule a small family session with you! For larger family sessions however I no longer offer these and will be more than happy to refer you to another local photographer.

 

How long do I have to order from my session? 

When you view your gallery with me, we will set up a time within 3 weeks of your session. At this session you will choose and purchase your products, prints, and digital portraits. All sales are placed together and once placed, are final. Due to the nature of the products once the order is placed, it is final and there are no returns or exchanges.
Your online gallery will be available for 7 days after your session and you will order directly from your gallery. All sales are final when purchased through the gallery and returns/exchanges are not available.

All orders are processed and depending on the items may take up to 6 months for delivery. Between the months of August and January albums are not designed as this such a busy season.  
All galleries are retired after 6 months from the date of your session.
If you need your gallery opened up after it has expired a fee of $30 must be received prior to it being unarchived. 
Once final orders have been received, the only portraits we archive are the ones purchased. All others are purged.
